Sequence diagram for user story 3: <br/>As a shipper I want the carrier to modify an issued Transport Document so that the shipping marks get changed to Made in PRC for all cargo items.<br/><br/>Diagram covers the full flow of the eBL API but starts from the assumption that a confirmed booking exists (this is an incomplete process).
