Process - Reading Guide

A clearly defined process standard is the founding against which DCSA-standards will be defined and mapped. An essential element of the process map is the interaction between stakeholders. In this model the interaction is visualized through an intermediate event followed by a dashed line from stakeholder A to stakeholder B.
